By accessing or using tekkura, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
tekkura provides automated security scanning and penetration testing tools. Services are provided on a "pay-as-you-go" basis using a prepaid token system.
IMPORTANT: You may only run scans against targets that you own or have explicit, documented permission to test.
Use of our tools for unauthorized testing, illegal activities, or harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Tokens are purchased in advance and deducted upon scan execution. Tokens do not have a cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
tekkura is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to system downtime or data exposure during scanning.
Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, who is the relevant vendor for all queries relating to payments and returns.
