Terms of Service

Tekkura provides on-demand domain reconnaissance and security analysis tools, including passive scans and AI-powered active scans ("the Service"). Access is granted on a token-based, pay-per-use model with no subscription required.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using Tekkura you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Scan domains you do not own or do not have explicit written permission to test.
• Use the Service to facilitate unauthorised access, attacks, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or billing mechanisms.
• Resell or redistribute scan results as part of a competing product without prior written consent.
• Use automated scripts to abuse the API in a manner that degrades service for others.

Active scans require you to verify domain ownership before initiating. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the authority to conduct security testing on any target.

Tokens are a prepaid, non-refundable credit used to pay for scans. Token balances do not expire while your account is active. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and are subject to their terms of service.

We reserve the right to adjust token pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Tokens purchased before a price change are not affected.

Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused tokens in cases of billing errors. Contact tekkura.sec@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at tekkura.sec@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per person; shared or team accounts require prior arrangement.

Tekkura and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of the domains you scan and the scan results generated for you.

By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process and store your scan data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Scan results are complete, accurate, or free of errors.
• The Service will be uninterrupted or available at any particular time.
• The Service will identify all security vulnerabilities in a target.

Scan results are informational only and do not constitute professional security advice. Always engage qualified security professionals before taking remediation actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tekkura and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim or (b) US $50.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tekkura and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to others or to the Service. You may close your account at any time.

Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited unless the termination was caused by our breach, in which case we will issue a pro-rated refund.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tekkura operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
